Calibration is an optional first phase where your first few batches of applications are sent to you for review before submission. This lets you verify the quality is exactly right. You can approve them in bulk with one click. Most clients go fully autonomous after 2–3 days once they're happy with the output. You can skip calibration entirely if you prefer.

Yes. Your CV and personal data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never sell your data. All data is deleted 30 days after account closure. We are fully GDPR compliant and ICO registered. Stripe handles all payment processing — your card details are never stored by Landed.

Yes. You can pause your agent from your dashboard at any time — useful if you're in final stages with multiple employers and want to stop new applications going out. Your subscription continues but no new applications are submitted. Resume with one click when you're ready.

The calibration phase is specifically designed to prevent this. During setup you define your preferences precisely — titles, salary, sectors to exclude, companies to avoid. The agent applies these filters strictly. If anything slips through that doesn't feel right, adjust your preferences in the dashboard and it won't happen again.
