Why is there a setup fee?+

The $49 setup covers the provisioning of your dedicated job search email address, your full CV and preferences onboarding, the calibration phase, and your first month of service. It's a one-time cost that ensures your agent is set up correctly before going live.

What happens if I get placed very quickly?+

Great news — you've won! Click "I Got the Job!" in your dashboard and your subscription cancels immediately. You'll have paid $49 plus a small amount for any subscription days used. Most clients feel it's the best money they've ever spent.

Can I pause instead of cancel?+

Yes — you can pause your agent at any time from your dashboard if you need a break (e.g. you're in final interview stages and want to stop new applications going out). Your subscription keeps running while paused. Cancel only when you're ready to stop completely.

Is there a free trial?+

We don't offer a free trial — but we do have a calibration phase where you can review your first batch of applications before they go out, ensuring the quality is exactly right. Most clients see their first interview request within 48 hours, making the $49 decision easy in hindsight.
